Intermediate Membership

Ambassador Preview Intermediate Golf Membership is available to applicants ages forty-nine (49) and under. Membership provides full access to all of the Club's facilities and amenities to include the championship Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course, practice greens, driving range, pro shop, tennis, swimming, fitness and spa, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. Voting rights and equity will commence upon transfter to Full Golf Membership.

Ages 36-49
Initiation Fee:  $20,000.00. Until February 28, 2011 an Ambassador Preview Membership is available for $12,000.00.  If purchased in conjunction with a real estate transaction within Kensington, the fee is payable in full at closing.  If not, a staged payment option may be available.  See Ambassador Preview Membership information for details.
Monthly Dues:  $698.00
New Members and their sponsor will each receive up to 24 monthly credits of $125.00

Ages 23-35
Initiation Fee:  $15,000.00  Until February 28, 2011 an Ambassador Preview Membership is available for $9,000.00.  If purchased in conjunction with a real estate transaction within Kensington, the fee is payable at closing in full.  If not, a staged payment option may be available.  See Ambassador Preview Membership information for details.
Monthly Dues:  $465.00
New Members and their sponsor will each received up to 24 monthly credits of $100.00.

All memberships are subject to an annual Food Minimum of $600.00.
